Services

During my tenure as an intern at the Centre Hospitalier Sud Seine et Marne, I was tasked with a critical aspect of an open day event, organized to enlighten the public on significant management transitions across three hospital sites. These hospitals were in the process of integrating into a territorial healthcare group to enhance resource allocation and management across a wider territory, aiming to better serve local healthcare needs.

To visually articulate these impending transformations, I undertook the creation of eight A0-sized posters. My role involved more than just layout design; it required me to encapsulate complex information within visually engaging designs that would capture and retain viewer interest. The challenge lay in merging provided textual content with compelling graphical elements seamlessly.

The pivotal contribution of these posters was in their capacity to communicate effectively about the changes, making intricate details accessible and understandable for attendees. For production, we leveraged an in-house HP DesignJet plotter printer which delivered precise and high-fidelity prints closely aligned with our envisioned output.

Moreover, the event was further dignified by the attendance of prominent local government figures including the esteemed President of the Fédération Hospitalière de France. Their engagement with our visual displays served as a testament to their efficacy; they not only referenced but also deliberated upon them extensively while discussing upcoming modifications within our hospitals’ structures.

This confluence—between my design efforts, prominent government endorsements at the occasion, and strategic use during this pivotal open day—accentuated our hospital's dedication towards maintaining transparency. It demonstrated adeptness in employing sophisticated visual communication techniques not only to enhance understanding but also spur stakeholder engagement significantly. Furthermore, through leveraging these poster designs as communicative instruments by governmental luminaries like the President himself underscored their value substantially—a gesture that underscored both their utility and affirmed our institution as proactively embracing evolution within healthcare sphere's administrative domains.
