The INSEAD Hoffman Global Institute for Business and Society organized a series of events and discussions in Davos, coinciding with the World Economic Forum. As part of this initiative, my role involved crafting a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance awareness and engagement surrounding the event.

The communications strategy encompassed various components, including the development of content calendars, email campaigns, asset templates, social media coverage, and web content. These elements were specifically tailored to amplify the visibility of the event and create a unique identity that would leave a lasting impact. Importantly, all assets and campaigns were designed with future events in mind, ensuring their reusability and longevity.

With notable speakers and attendees from prominent organizations such as Microsoft, The Adecco Group, and the United Nations International Telecommunication Union, the event was fast-paced, featuring three sessions that required detailed coverage and careful coordination to ensure maximum attendance. Through strategically timed execution and real-time coverage on social media platforms, the event experienced unprecedented levels of interest and engagement.

The success of the communications strategy was underscored by the record-breaking levels of interaction and participation. The content I created showcased the event's significance and captured the attention of a wide audience, resulting in increased attendance and active engagement.

Furthermore, the impact of the collateral I delivered extended beyond the specific event. Many of the templates I designed and implemented continue to be utilized for subsequent events, demonstrating their resilience and sustained value in supporting future initiatives.

Overall, my contributions to the development and execution of the communications strategy played a vital role in elevating the visibility and success of the INSEAD Hoffman Global Institute for Business and Society's events in Davos. The strategic approach, combined with effective implementation and real-time coverage, resulted in a highly impactful and enduring communications framework that continues to drive engagement and inspire action.
